“WHAT the HECK! CARL? Play pretty! Stop it!” Daniel heard an irate female voice in the back ground berate Carl.
“Oh ok.......mumble.......... This is Carl. How may I help you today?” The voice of Carl said.
“What do I do if I’m bi-polar?” Daniel asked. He kinda liked that kid. Daniel knew what it was like to be bored. He’d tried to work a call center once. It was enough to drive you insane.
“OH. That’s easy. If you are bi-polar, please leave a message after the beep or before the beep after the beep. Please wait. For. The beep.” Carl said.
Then Carl said excitedly. “Oh, oh! I have a good one.”
“If you are menopausal please put the gun DOWN. Hang up, turn on the fan, lie down and cry.” Carl said.
“Now THAT wasn’t nice.” Daniel said in the most severe voice that he could muster up. “Funny, well not really. But definitely not nice either.”
“Oh. Yeah I guess you’re right. You don’t have a gun do you?” Karl asked.
“Well of COURSE I have a gun.” Daniel said “I’m dressed aren’t I? Actually I have several. I robbed a store, in a matter of speaking.”
“And you took guns?” Karl asked “That was different.”
“You have no idea how different.” Daniel replied.
“I’m sorry.” Carl said “Please don’t shoot me.”
“That’s ok. I don’t shoot people I’ve only just met.” Daniel said “I’ll wait until I get to know you a little better.”
“Carl! It’s a JOKE Carl.” Daniel spoke up.
“A joke? Oh. Ok then. Uh...what can I do for you?” Carl sounded a little bit submissive.
“Heh. I think that you’ve done quiet a lot already.” Daniel said “I was bored earlier. You fixed that.”
“Thank you.“ Carl said “I think.”
“So tell me about this Banana Slug thing.” Daniel said “Is that a RockBand?”
Carl and Daniel got along fine. They talked for a few hours.

it's hard to tell what’s true or when they are lying isn’t it? It seems that they are more interested in influencing public opinion than they are reporting the facts.
