Chapter 127: The killing began.

The kids took one shot each. They were good kids. Like their momma had told them, if they were not ABSOLUTELY sure of their target they didn’t shoot. The shots all rang out at once, almost, then they each put a chair on top of a table, sit on it and pulled up their legs up into the chair and sat tight. The only way a bullet could hit them was to come up through the floor of the balcony and go through the table, then the chair too. Not likely considering what they were made of. Everything Roy builds is OVER built.
The kids shots had been accurate. The ones they shot died right then, and right there. A .22 LR round isn’t very impressive but when it enters a man’s body from above, into his torso from near his neck (the kids didn’t shoot for the hard parts so they avoided heads) and explodes near his heart or lungs the man is DEAD. Roy had filled the noses of their hollow point ammunition with sodium metal. It explodes on contact with water....or blood.
There were still a few robbers standing, there had been more of them than I first thought. They were very concerned about the wasps and likely hadn’t even heard the sound of the .22s. The wasps were ONLY attacking the robbers. The patrons knew about the wasps. They had seen them before, knew that they were harmless and were not concerned. They ignored the wasps and attended to the robbers. Each of the remaining miscreants felt the barrel of a handgun, some times several, pressed against his belly, back, throat or head, pointing UP.
That was the last thing they felt.
A great many handguns were discharged at almost the same time. If the bullets over penetrated and came out of the robbers bodies, particularly their heads...it hit the ceiling and no one else. The punks all fell to the floor like puppets that had their strings cut.

Sometimes I also comment on the news
Sometimes it's hard to tell fiction from the news.
That's what happens when you a) try to rob a donut shop that cops frequent, or b) try to hit a biker bar, or c) hit any place where cyborgs and gods in training hang out.
Either way, I have very little sympathy for idiots.
never works well does it?
you'd think they'd eventually learn?
Great story. Thieves deserve their punishment, but punishment is harsh. I wish you success @everittdmickey
