A nice presentation to the contest!
I like the change of person from third to first, to show the psychological point of view of the recruit and his growth through the day of combat. In the evening, he's no longer a greenhorn, but already a veteran! Kudos!

On a small note @stever82... that banner is reserved for the official storytellers, those that participated to at least 5 weeks ;-) I'm sure we'll have loads of fun together and you will be entitled to use it (in 4 weeks).. keep it up!
