The Second Book of the Alienbutt Saga. The Rise of Mr Fluffy. Part 54.

Geurick lay very still, and waited for Mr Fluffy to spring to his feet again. There was a madness growing within his new boss, one that truly terrified the assassin.
“I have a package that you will deliver to the Federation Senate. I believe your order has a chapter house situated next to the Senate buildings where you can leave it for later collection,” Mr Fluffy said as he got back to his feet. “And your secret order stopped being a threat weeks ago when our old friend Blackarachnia wiped out its ruling council. After his campaign of killing many of its operatives who ran the day to day business, he cut off its head. It is no longer in a position to function; it is leaderless and imploding as we speak. Its prophecy is all but destroyed, as is that of the Ick. They have not yet realised they have been replaced and no longer have a say in the future of the universe. There is now only me. I will say how the future is written.” Mr Fluffy seemed to listen to something only he could hear and then screamed. “Alienbutt is gone! If the foolish oaf should somehow return it is too late, I will destroy him! He is no threat to anyone.”

Geurick slowly climbed back to his feet, his shock at Mr Fluffy's outburst making him back off away from him. The news of the destruction of his order left him numb. He had allowed Blackarachnia to escape, and now the Order that had been the only family he knew had been destroyed.
“Very soon the two prophecies will be totally destroyed,” Mr Fluffy continued in a calmer manner. “Already millions of my droids have been dispatched to the Federation fleet as they prepare for a new offensive against the Ick.” Mr Fluffy turned and returned his attention to the giant screens showing different areas of the production facility as thousands of new droids were constantly being built. “Your ship is being loaded with the crate. After you have delivered it, send a message to me and don't hang around on planet. You will not want to be late for the second part of your mission, and things may get a little heated around the Senate.” Again Mr Fluffy began to purr, laughing at his own attempted joke, Geurick presumed. “After you make the delivery, you are to go kill whoever Wickede leaves in charge of the Ick while he flies off to his final battle. It will probably be his advisor Snoodgrass. Kill him and whoever is helping him keep the last of their people together.”

Geurick nodded, eager to get out of the room. He was now sure Mr Fluffy was totally insane. He had studied his new employer whenever he was summoned for new orders, and he seemed to have two distinct personalities. The first was an amoral power-hungry control freak that thought the universe was just there for it to have something to stand on, while the second was an evil and twisted power-hungry control freak that wanted to destroy the universe because he could. As cats had become extinct shortly after humanity had first entered space, Geurick didn't realise the first personality of Mr Fluffy was quite normal for all cats, while the second would fit any cat in a bad mood.
