For All Steemians Friends..

Success will not come to you if you just sit back and think how successful it is. Your knowledge is useless if it is not practiced. If you already have intentions do not delay anymore!

"A moment, I'm not ready 100% ..." if that reason continues that you use it the same wasting time.

You will be great if you are surrounded by great people too, so brave yourself to 'leave' the people who continue to burden you. This method has been practiced on Netflix employees.

You're not supposed to keep you in touch with them making your rays fade. Start hanging out with people who can give you knowledge and positive influences.
