Man you gals/guys dont know bout this shyt. Its like im hungry and i want it fast, i want it good, i want it now. Freezer to the frying pan chicken wings, cover (no oil juice nothing), heat slowly, season (oh i just made some secret homemade mixture yum), turn up heat after defrost, toss regularly. Boil rice w butter, eh 25min covered. And good ole black beans heated while everything else is going on.
Fried chicken wings with dry rub.
Black beans and rice (w butter ;).

Secret mixture-salt, pepper, garlic, chilli pepper, paprika, ginger, basil & sugar

I too have been know to mix up my own seasoning and place them in a random seasoning bottle. 😜😜😜

I'm amazed at the restraint here. I think I would have doubled the wings and probably the rice and beans. Probably the reason I am the way I am. Not suggesting you do it. Just saying I would have gone for more. Or maybe there was seconds involved?
Never over commit when you can always go back for. That's a good strategy, too. :)
Lol @glenalbrethsen. Restraint = plenty of servings! 2nds 3rds whatever. Im one to always aim for more than needed. Also ive learned smaller portions can be just as filling. A mind F, excuse my french. I had 2 plates and it was plenty and Yum.
But yeah i hear ya, how bout a nice BIG Meal :D
