Dinner at Jamaicana in Kobe, Japan

I love ackee and saltfish. I shared the recipe some time ago. If you need it again - just ask. I will more than happy to share. I like my ackee and salt fish with fried dumpling / breadfruit / sweet potatoes or rice and peas. Yes! Rice and peas. Don’t waste plates - let’s combine.
Bet you thought I was done- I also got some jerk chicken with festival.
It seemed to have been over jerked - soft to the bone and flavour filled.
Festivals - not like I do them but still good.

Handling the business.
Business hours are over! Yes- I underestimated the servings and overdid it- but noooo regrets here. Every morsel was fully appreciated. If you pass through - I will take you to any one of the fabulous Jamaican food spots or whatever food tickles your gastronomic fancy. This has been another indeliblevibration.
