Looks very cold outside, but you sure had fun! Your stirfry looks so yum, it's one of those meals I just love and often when I do make it ask myself why I don't make it more often! Lovely Christmassy post @farm- mom:)
Good day my friend @lizelle. It's been cold and snowy for almost a week now. We must have at least 16 inches or better and it's snowing again today.
I enjoy the snow, it's so pretty on the trees, makes the world look clean.
I enjoy it for awhile, first few months of winter here can be lots of fun, but the lack of sunshine gets to me after awhile, so that's when I grab @thebigsweed and head south for 5 or 6 weeks.
Reservations are already done, we leave Jan. 26th, and return around the 10th of March, just in time to tap our sugar maples to make syrup.
Good plan, don't ya think?
