This "cake-tart" (who cares what it's called as long as the taste is on point, right?) made salivate, that thick layer of lemon coconut frosting, I want a piece (or two)! Thanks @jasmink, I will. The cake-tart turned out much better than expected :). I’ll send you a virtual piece stat. Haha… the frosting would probably be a little better if you had a mixer but it definitely did the trick as it was.
