howdy sir dandays! sorry for the late reply, dang internet service was out for almost two days. So to say I'm behind is quite an understatement. What happens in your gym time? What's the regime? Don't tell me it's planned! lol.
Hey Rook looks wonderful! Jack is 2 years old and still acts like a dang puppy. lol.
Our place is just out in the rough...scrub, cactus, and grass country of Texas. Most of it around here is pastures.In fact we're surrounded on all sides with pastures. It is extremely peaceful.
During one of the many God Encounters that Mrs. J had before we moved here was with an old black lady. Mrs. J had to go do an evaluation on her house. Well that's not accurate, I did the evaluations for the bank but she went on this occasion to take photos.
Anyway, the lady turned out to be a tremendous blessing. She was a Prophetess who spoke prophetically to Mrs. J. Now, like I've said before, the experiences that Mrs. J has had in the spiritual realm... spiritual warfare, seeing with her physical eyes into the spiritual realm because she has the Gift of the Discerning of Spirits which the Bible talks about...visions, having Words of Knowledge given and has given herself, she KNOWS when she hears the Word of the Lord.
Well man, she said when this lady went into a prophetic word she was instantly transfixed, spellbound, and joined in the Spirit because it was SO clearly the voice of God. . . so powerful, so accurate...so true, so profound..she first revealed things that only God would know..this is the first time she's ever seen this lady.
Mrs. J still remembers every word that little black lady said. Her name is Lillian. Anyway Lillian told her that our place in Texas would be a place of peace and restoration, a place where she would be able to hear from God. And that's exactly what it has been. Lillian also told Mrs. J.. "Don't THINK your ministry is going to be inside the walls of a church because it's not!" lol.
Anyway, you said it looks peaceful and it is. It takes a little while for most people to get used to the gunfire but not me of course, feels natural to me! lol.

Awesome story about the prophetess. I’ve jever experienced such a thing. Our internet is hit and miss, too, we ain’t in Los Angeles anymore!
Gym time is planned sorta. Not necessarily the exercises, those change, but the amount of exercises and reps stay the same.
I work a specific muscle each day and make sure I rest one day in between. You have ‘pulls,’ ‘pushes’ and ‘legs.’ Shoulder, chests etc is a push. Back, Core, that’s a pull. Then, obviously, legs. Well if I do a push, I’ll want to do a pull the following day. That’s how that part of the schedule works out.
The other part is I always do 4 different exercises per muscle, 13 reps each and I never work heavy. Everything has always been light. So, if that’s considered a schedule.. yes! I’m guilty of making one.
I was way off on Jack’s age! He acts like a puppy cuz he is a puppy. Man, I love dogs! I’m a big fan of German shepherds, has yours talked yet? I don’t know why they don’t talk! I kept waiting for Rook to say something...
What type of exercises do you do? I have nothing against an occasional curl of the coffee mug! 😉

Howdy sir dandays! I'm spending alot of time working outside this week and stopping to check for some comments, I'm just now getting around to them today. My next question was going to be about your internet service out there, have you done any research yet to see what's available?
Ours is very frustrating because apparently we live in a black hole area of the country, almost everyone we call, when their advertising says they cover everywhere, says "oh, we don't cover that area." lol..we're like how is that possible? We're only 35 minutes from Dallas. Not exactly in the middle of no where. We're waiting on technology to catch up, we heard it's coming...probably with alot of stuff we don't want.
I lift free weights. Pretty much "brief but brutal" explains my philosophy at the moment anyway. some movements I get stronger on the older I get, others are tapering off a little. As I'm sure you know, it takes alot more time and effort to stay in good shape as you get older. At least when you get into your 50's and 60's. I run too but haven't been doing much of that lately except the running I do when playing frisbie with Jack.
I'm not sure what you mean by "talk" when it comes to Jack. So far only when he starts playing or starts whining when he wants to go out. Yeah shepards stay puppies alot longer than most dogs, it sure makes me fun though!
Those Tucan shots are great! What kind of noise do they make? What's on the genda for you guys, what are you working on, the residency stuff?
Residency process begins next week. As soon as that is official, we’ll actually be able to enlist an agent and do some serious home shopping. We still have a vast range of land to travel until somewhere says “live here!” But it’ll be nice to have a real estate agent to contact amongst our travels.
I meant talk, as in, English.. not barking! Ha! Those dogs are so frikkin intelligent, I just expect them to start speaking in perfect English one day, that’s all.
From what I hear and everything I’m told, 50’s is a downhill road and doesn’t get much better at 60. Fortunately I’m in my prime, so they say and I have to agree, so I don’t tire easily. I keep the weight light, a lot of reps and at least 5 days a week. I really enjoy it. I enjoy cardio just as much, it’s the only way we can work everything we can’t see: lungs, liver, heart, etc.

I’m anticipating a couple of hours, minimum, to get this article posted today. Internet here is good but it’s nothing like Los Angeles. It’s spotty very often and we lose all service for an hour or so at a time. I’m so spoiled with this cell phone, I’m used to just refreshing the page any time it isn’t cooperating. That doesn’t work here! Everything is wireless here. There’s cell towers everywhere and there only two carriers, Claro and Kolbi.
The government down here has a great system. They stay in control of things like energy, phones, auto insurance, etc. and because of that, the rates remain extremely low. REALLY low! It’s incredibke actually. This whole country is all about ‘eco friendly’ and many of the multi level buildings don’t have elevators because they use too much energy. It’s pretty neat!
But you, you’re in Texas, doesn’t AT&T work there?! Ya’all got AT&T stadium right there Arlington, you mean to tell me they don’t provide service to Texas residents?! In my opinion, AT&T is the best. I had Verizon for many years back in my 20’s, their service was phenomenal but their customer service can suck an egg! AT&T, the bill was always the same, didn’t need customer service for anything ever and the service frikkin worked anywhere. The past 2 years in LA I had Sprint. The coverage was fine in LA county, I’m sure venturing outside the county would only get worse but the monthly price tag was about half the price of the big guys.
Who’s your choices of service providers down there that don’t reach your house?
howdy sir dandays! so you'll probably have four hours in this post for today right? Well, about the posts ..the other day we were talking about curie...when I did that big laugh that was a joke. You know, like saying you REALLY think your posts are curie worthy? lol.
When in reality yes they are! Most people need to decide what kind of posts they want to do. If you love the very long, complicated ones then curie might pick them up but no one is going to read them, or do the short ones so people have a chance at reading them but no curie shot.
People have an attention span of about 800 to 1,000 words but most start skimming way before that! lol. Lots of people on here don't read anything completely they just scan everything. Whenever I do a short post of 500 or 600 words I always have at least a couple people comment that it was the perfect length, mine are usually about 1,000 words long.
So obviously it depends on what you're trying to do. I'll try to keep mine shorter so I'll have better chance at keeping the attention of people and that helps us stay connected and build friendships because people don't like long posts, they're just not going to read them. I think the one I did today was about 750 words.
I just got on here for the first time today! Very unusual for me. I'll start hitting it hard tomorrow evening and then you won't have these long lag times and I'll be able to harrass you at will! lol.. The Tucans, do you describe the sound they make in your post?
The service providers out here, yeah AT& T doesn't cover our area. lol. All these big companies, phone and tv are all the same. They advertise that they cover everywhere. We call them up and it's..oh, we don't cover that area! lol. We checked, the AT & T towers are too far away. We had Verizon and loved it but were paying over $100 a month for hardly ever using the phone so we switched to Consumer Cellular for about $40 a month.
That's very interesting about the government running the services down there, cheap! Usually when the government runs things the quality is crap.
Regarding the aging thing.. Alot of variables there including diet, lifestyle and genes but I'll let you know as I find effective supplements and things like that since I'm quite a distance ahead of you. I'll let you know what works for me.

Feel free to share all of the aging secrets, I’m two ears and one mouth. The few people I do look up to have told me 35-45 is prime, I’ve even heard as high as 49, what’s your opinion?
You and I are both surprised about affordable pricing thanks to government. The only one I’m familiar with is the trickle-up theory where capitalism reigns supreme and monopolies are privatized. It’s different here. I think I’ll enjoy getting used to it.
Could you imagine a world where the doctor would rather save 100 lives instead of saving one and owning 3 mansions? What do you think, does that work exist? I’m not certain if it does or not but I’m willing to age in search of it! 👍🏿
As far as your internet. I, personally, would pay Verizon whatever they wanted to keep me connected. “Wa! I’m a princess!” Internet here is on Costa Rica time.
Genius about the words count! I agree 100% and have actually made a mental note regarding your posts. Yours are never too long, they keep my attention long enough I don’t need to skim and have plenty of substance. Do you actually count your words? Or you just have a good ‘about range?’
I think if curie could afford to vote for more posts they would! I don’t know how the heck they’re not in the drivers seat on the witness polls. Kendrick has began a power down, though, that’s gonna really shake things up.

Howdy sir dandays! I finally got back online for more than a couple of hours a day. Took care of some outside work and now I'll hit it hard for a couple of days to catch up here on steemit.
I think 35-49 is a good range for "prime" territory, physically speaking but I'm sure not quoting those as my personal prime age range! lol. I know our words and thinking have a more important influence on our aging than anything. It can make or break us. "Life and death is in the power of the tongue" and we've seen that manifest clearly in both directions so we (Mrs. J and I) are very careful about what we say and how we say it.
I surely hope that Costa Rica has the type of medical system you are dreaming of. I have no problem with "government run" anything as long as they have the wealth to do it right and are constantly improving and upgrading.
The problem is, where is that happening? It might be somewhere but most governments can't run anything efficiently or cost effectively and most governments are broke because they aren't responsible. But I'm hoping it's a great system there and will enjoy hearing about it.
Genius about the word count thing....lol...no, I just have learned the hard way! Yes I do count words. well, I don't but I compose my posts on busy and it counts the words for me so I know exactly where I am.

Your internet is THAT slow there? wow, that's going to take some getting used to. Do you know the speed. We're finally going to have a 25 mps speed but that's not very fast compared to some. We've never looked into Verizon for the internet, I don't know if it's available here, if it's like everyone else it's not.

Hendrik with an H, the K was a typo. That’s the big wallet that chases curie and matches their vote 1:1. That wallet was over 3 million SP Not too long ago. I’ll be right here with you, sir, we’re either gonna wade this thing out together or I’ll sink with you but, yes, in my opinion, it’s more writing, that’s way too many major players powering down. I was just telling Splatts the other day, I can’t make myself believe those big wallets are concerned with the market. Ok, if they’re not concerned with the market, then, what is it? It’s gotta be ‘something,’ right? They’re all leaving at or around the same time.
About the medical here, I hope I never need to access it. “God, keep your hands on us.” But if I do, the couple we stayed with the first time really had some enlightening news. They’ve been here close to 15 years, I guess you’re a “resident” for 2 years (what Pura Vida and I begin on Thursday) and after that, you’re a “permanent resident.” Well, residents have free medical at all of the major hospitals and clinics. From what I understand, permanent residents have free medical at the private hospitals. One gentlemen at our first stop is battling cancer actually, he sowed is where they’re removing cancer from his face and head—not one dime out of his pocket, could you imagine not even paying a deductible?
35-49 I’ll take it! That explains why I can whole heartedly, with 100% conviction say to you:

I agree that everyone powering down at the same time means they know something. Just hope it's not "something evil this way cometh!"
Yes you heard correctly about Verizon but just our phones, I don't know if they do internet out here, probably not but who knows. Way too expensive if they do. Our new set up is with Rise Broadband for $39 a month and 25mps. so far it's very good.
Many people here use busy.org, it's a major one like Steempeak or Esteem, the word count is the most important reason to use it but they DO give a very generous upvote just for using their tag and that's what I was on before esteem.
The medical situation there, or the medical treatment situation there, is astounding! Is that a wealthy country? It needs to be if they're doing that! I hope they are. Soak those dumb American tourists! lol.
About the peak age thing, that's really funny because it's so contrary to what I believe in actuality. lol. Just because as much as my knowledge allows me.. I follow what the Word of God says and it sure ain't 35 -49!
So that's what we do. We've gotten where we are today by using the power of the Word and our mouths. Nothing on earth is more powerful than us speaking God's Word in faith, that's where our authority comes in. So we go against natural facts and facts of the world all the time. I mean ALL the time.
Why? Because the Word of God is Truth and Truth is designed to change facts. The word of Truth is designed to change facts or mitigate facts or cause facts and their effects to come to naught...or to DESTROY facts..that's my favorite.
We are not to conform to this world and it's natural laws! We're supposed to be ALIENS in this world. But sadly, most people look at the typical Christian and wouldn't be able to tell them from any carnal, world conforming person at all. that ain't right.
If people can't look at our lives and see something extraordinary happening then there's a problem somewhere. Usually with our thoughts and coming out our mouths. lol. The power of our tongue is breath-taking. So don't expect your Prime to end at 49 because it doesn't have to.
