I think it was pretty tasty. Just need to grill it, and as I've been thinking about it, the sesame seed oil probably needed to show up sooner—I don't think a minute was enough.

Yeah, I think that should be Yum Yum Sauce. Since I cook on Saturday and don't write it up until the following Friday, some things can get lost in the translation. :)
