I've never heard of mortadella or fancy bologna, but hey, there's bound to be some of that somewhere. Looks really good. Did it taste like bologna then, just higher end? Looks like there were other fixings to go along with it. And the bread—sourdough? French maybe?
I like it. I'm not sure what it is exactly, but I like it. :)
It was just a hoagie roll. The wikipedia page basically just says that mortadella is a fattier fancier bologna. I'm ok with that and it was great.
