I spy a sugar addict ๐
For sure!! Do you know this addict of sugar hasnโt had any in ANY form (fructose, sucrose, lactolose, flour carbs, potatoes) since November. Itโs the hardest addiction Iโve ever had to kick and Iโm no amateur. I highly recommend everyone try it for a few months or so. As a people we all consume way too much of the stuff anyway.
