Hey, buenos dias chef—hola! Gracias for dropping a line. Yeah, I guess Ulg is like the dogs you’re saying and doesn’t like potato salad—he didn’t want anything to do with it! The sandwich was delicious actually, the sandwich joint itself is conveniently located near us, too, it’s nice to find local spots with menus we can read. 😉

No, no.. we can read any menu here, we just have to have our phones in our hand so we can translate. Ha! And when the people behind you are beginning to line up, it’s nice to not have to translate. But we’re learning, I’m convinced that, by this time next year, we’ll be blending in a little better.
But the Pura Vida part, yeah! Regardless what location we’re in, her kitchen wizardry is always superb.
