This friday I'm 'fighting' with this idea that I had the other day.

I realised that I had bought fajitas' bread long time ago and it was going to expire, so I decided to eat them.

The big problem was that I had already cooked a delicious chicken paella for that day. What could I do? Simple, putting it inside the bread!

Tha idea sounded weird in my jead, but I tried it... The result was AWESOME, I had never seen something similar. 100% recommendable!

Would you like that in my next post I explain you how to cook paella? It needs a lot of practice and it is really difficult to make one on point, but it tastes delicious...

I hope you enjoy my recipe and try it at home, you can put rice with chicken and everything that comes to your mind: mushrooms, ham, cheese, eggs... and sauces like pisto or soy sauce. Please tell me your results!

      Once I did octopus' fajitas. I assure you it was the best dish ever. Do it! And not to talk about the beans' fajitas... Makarus!

        Great to see you again @cerealex, happy Friday! Man, I don’t know how it’s done where you’re at but, where I’m from, it’s a burrito! We stuff everything inside a tortilla and just call it a burrito. Always a pleasure to see you cerealex. Have a great weekend.

          Making my rounds through all the contenders this week and good gracious I just keep getting hungrier and hungrier.
          Grab a tortilla and load it up with whatever you got in the fridge... it never fails. lol.
