Also, any fear, according to psychologists, can be "danced", that is, to relive again, but with pleasant music. Or draw and thus give it a shape, necessarily bright and positive. During all these actions it is necessary to remember the unpleasant feelings from an event or from the person. You can also tame fear. Imagine it's a harmless beast, and just be friends with him. And the most effective way is just to look your phobia right in the eyes and laugh at it from the heart.
