Is it too late to use Crypto Faucets? Week 24 analysis - Getting deeper in the numbers
This is my 24th week ending 4/14/2018 of data analysis for my crypto faucet experiment, can you still make money and how much from manually running faucets?
I started this because of typical fear of missing out,(if only I had started this, 6-12-18 months ago, a year ago it could be worth X). This is not your typical faucet post with "check out this faucet" (affiliate link). While these are my affiliate links, you will also see my transparency in reporting.
TL/DR: Lifetime Value: $28.59 (Up $4.46 from Week 23)--- Over 10,333+ claims $25.97 90.84% of earnings are from my actions, 9.16% are from referral claims.
Week 24 - Over 499+ claims for a total of $2.86 89.61% of earnings are from my actions, 10.39% - $0.30 are from referral claims.

Slight dip in claims, its hard to hit that many claims manually each day, espcially after losing so bad at Hi/Lo this week.

There are 10 (yes I added one!) faucets I am using for this experiment, I think I will only plan on adding more if CoinPot does. Honestly at this point it is hard to keep up with them all to maximize returns.

MoonbitCoin Offers - Offer Toro
Offer Toro was running a great offer. If you clicked through the slide shows you could earn 100 satoshi. It said you complete it once per hour, but when I tried doing them mutliple times in a day it was sparodic, and I would only get half to give me credit even though they all let me complete the slide show. I moved to doing each only once per day, which was fine there between 15 - 20 when I would sit down to process. I will keep it going daily until they dissapear, its just too easy to drink a cup of tea and run through them in the monring. This week was 22,660 satoshi so it was pretty good again this week!

Losses with Hi/LO - What happened
Right after I hit a big milestone of 30k Satoshi of Freebitco.in, I blew the whole balance. Didn't go on tilt, didn't have a really bad run of 14-15 in a row. This was just a honest mistake made a mobile phone. I was playing, hit a stretch of 7-8 in a row and and wanted to make a big bet for me of 1000 satoshi, so .00001000. Bad part for me was I deleted one extra zero and be 10,000 or .00010000. I made three bets, not realising that was my whole balance! I wasnt mad, just confused until I looked at my bet history and saw my mistake. Oh well, time to start over. Just be careful on your mobile when you can't see it very well!!!
Referrals
I have referrals come and go, start and stop but have had 1-2 on Moonbit, BonusBitcoin, Dash and FreeBitcoin. Thank you for those who recently joined Satoshi Hero!! I can't see referral detail or share on Satoshi Hero - but if you use my Link for FreeDoge or FreeBTC, I will share back the commissions I earn from you. I will share as much as I can, but as you can see, I do go bust playing hi/lo. If you do join on my link, let me know and I will see if I can send some free crypto. I am thinking it might be Doge because its such a good one for very low transfers.
Is it too late? Removing price volatility.
The graph below tries to remove the price volatility from my faucet claims results by using a static prices based on the price of the first day I started to claim from that faucet. I would be better off if I didn't have the big losses on Hi/Lo BTC, but I actually dipped below there for a day or two. At the end I am only up $0.36 on price increases! I had hoped to clear $100 USD in the year but at this rate, I really need some good price support to get there.

It is, but while watching TV, sitting on hour long conference calls, waiting in line etc. While everyone else is checking Facebook, I am either up-voting content here or clicking a few faucets. Its time I would otherwise be wasting. I want to keep it and see what happens 1-3-5-10 years from now. Could the small effort today be a boon down the road if I just HODL.
Are you on earn.com? You can sign up for airdrops and get paid in BTC to do surveys and such. Minimum pay is $1. It's sporadic, but I've gotten a few bucks there.
