Faturday night dinner
Not much time to post tonight but we did have some awesome steaks. I went with the 20oz Porterhouse (medium) with sauteed spinach and mushrooms.
The better half decided on the Ribeye (medium) covered with Gorgonzola and sauteed onions along with almond green beans.
All in all it was a good day. Picked up some cash, unexpectedly sold more parts $$$, ordered some silver and ended with this great dinner.
It's 1 degree ( -17.2 Celsius) and heading lower the next few days. Time to go start a fire.
