I didn't know that fasting is necessary for health. Most people are used to frequently eat something while they wake up. It's a bad habit. Because, if you frequently eat smt a lot while you wake up, your body doesn't utilize fat metabolism.
Therefore, we need to secure enough fasting time for fat metabolism. It'd be difficult for the beginning. Me too. So, I've been trying to keep 14 hours of fasting time everyday. It will make my body decrease fat ratio.
