THE FRUIT CALLED PAWPAW
Pawpaw has it's botanical name as Carica Papaya, the color of this fruit is so attractive and can make one salivate.
I remember back then in nursery school we have our favorite fruit song which goes like this:
It was always fun singing this song back then as kids as we would always screen the last line so loud (Pawpaw)!
The song best describes it in color and taste.
WHY DO YOU NEED TO EAT PAWPAW
Pawpaw is a nutritionally rich fruit, it has effective digestive enżymes.
It contains numerous minerals, vitamins and flavonoids as well as carotenoids.
This fruit also promote improved cardiovascular health and protection from colon cancer.
Have you ever wondered why is recommended for constipation?
This is because, it contains an enzyme called "papain" which has a positive effect on the digestive system, it is also a good source of fibre, it builds the immune system, prevents constipation, lowers inflammation and reduces pains from burns
It is can also prevent heart disease, complications from diabetes and atherosclerosis.
Have you ever wondered why you see "carica papaya" as one of the most active ingredients in skin and beauty products?
This is because the addition of carica papaya to your skin products helps give you a glowing skin and it's good for whitening too for skins that have gone darker than normal!
Personally i use products made with carica papaya on my skin and when you check me out, you would surely love what you see 😁😁😁.
DO YOU HAVE ACNE OR BLACK HEADS??
You need to try this:
Mix a teaspoon of honey with your papaya palp and apply on your face, allow it for 20 minutes and wash off with cold water.
Do it repeatedly for two weeks and see the magic!
The enzyme I mentioned earlier,"papain" also helps in regulating and easing flow during menstrual periods, so ladies do well to try taking pawpaw whenever you have cramps.
Pawpaw also promotes hair due to the Vitamin A it contains which is utilized in the production of sebum, a compound that is crucial for keeping hair smooth, shiny and moisturizer.
The benefits of this fruits also extends to the leaves and the fruit, every part of it has its medicinal values.
The seeds contain vital nutrients that help to heal cirrhosis of the liver, kill bacteria, he am viral infections and stop growth of cancer cells.
You can take the seed by chewing some of it or by grinding it and adding to your meals or drinks.
Add pawpaw to your diet today, stay healthy!
