USISSS IS A NEW SYSTEM OF FAMILY GENOCIDE

99% of the population does not know what USISSS is.

Meanwhile, "data about more than 27 million families have been uploaded to it, the goal by July is 80 million," the Pension Fund of Russia reports.

So what is USISSS?

It's a United State Information System in the field of Social Security.

Sounds nice, but in fact it's just one more danger for independence and inviolability of families.

In 2015 a new law about the foundation of USISSS was created. The start had to be taken in 2018, and it has really started from the 1st of January this year...

It is assumed that the ESSISO accumulates complete information on families to analyze the question of the "need" in social security.

What data will be available for USISSS?

The full information about families! Including an insurance number of the individual account, of all family members, name, sex, date of birth, telephone number, passport data, all documents that give grounds for obtaining social support, address of residence, information on any payments and other remuneration for work, living conditions, data on all received social support and all information that is necessary to evaluate the criteria of need for definite families .

It means no borders and taboos at all because even bank deposits are considered to be the information about the fanilies' need! So even bank secrecy isn't protected any more!

The site of Pension Fund of Russia has a big chapter for USISSS. When journalists tried to investigate some data directly from the representatives of the Pension Fund, they were said that USISSS is a way of total control over families.

Now 98 authorities and local governments are registered as suppliers and consumers of information for USISSS.

What is the danger of USISSS?

Officials say that USISS gives an opportunity to get the full data about families, but what about privacy?

Moreover, the criteria for recognition the poverty and need are far from reality.

For example, for big cities the criteria of need is the income for a family member less than 16000 rubles (about 250$) .
In other words, if a family has 2 babies, and the father earns 75000 rubles (about 1200$), and the mother doesn't work and take care of kids, so this family must be investigated by CPS!

But this salary is rather high, and most people get much less per month! So are they all in danger?

Based on the data of USISSS, it will be revealed whether the family has "eligibility criteria" for obtaining support measures. And these criteria are very severe.

For example, families should be deprived of any social support if

-in the property of family members there is some land for individual house building (with the exception of large families, because the state give them such pieces of land for free)

-in the property of family members there is one or more vehicles used for personal and (or) commercial purposes, the operating life of each of which does not exceed 5 years

-in the property of family members there are agricultural animals, the amount of which are more than is considered to be normal for an average family.

So, in other words, if you've some land but NO job and NO income, you will get NO social support!
If you've a car that is just 4 years old, but you've low income - no social support
If somebody in your family has more than 1 flat (it can be even your uncle or grandmother), so the living area for 1 member of a family is more than 18 square meters (Moscow standards) - NO social support , even if you have no income and have nothing to eat for your kids!

Moreover, the family is recommended to refuse to provide social support in the case of obstruction of additional inspection of living conditions of the family made by CPS.

So, to receive social support, you must turn your whole life out, refusing from any privacy, send all your data to the electronic portal and open your doors for CPS.

The only way out is to reject from any personal data processing. The law still gives such an opportunity.

But unfortunately, most people are so naive that even don't understand all the risks. They are asked to subscribe, anв they do it. They are asked to give all the data, and they even don't ask for what!

Just like with vaccination!
"Doctors say to do it, so it's useful and obligatory", - I hear such arguments all the time...
