TYPICAL CPS VIOLATION DATABASE

Every case of CPS intervention into a family is unique. Every time it's a separate tragedy and pain of different people, but nevertheless, their actions and violation of laws are almost the same. They have a definite hell plan, and they follow it.

Parental Public Resistance is a movement organised in Russia several years ago when CPS only started their "black road" in our country.
The headliners of this organisation paid much attention to all cases of CPS outrage, made them loud, organised fundraising and just helped as much as they could.

I am studying their activity and the cases of CPS destroying families and I could see the definite scheme of their violation of laws and rules.

Here I've tried to classify them:

I. Taking kids away from the house:

*As a rule, children are taken away from home. Any family, even problematic, is worth of respect and following all rules and laws.
But, as a rule, the law is violated, in the most cases - CPS don't have all necessary documents and agreements for their actions.

*Failure to provide documents doesn't not only demonstrate
lack of professionalism of officials or their ignorance of laws,
but also it is made for hiding the illegality of actions and preventing the struggle for citizens' rights.

*Confused and frightened parents are often given documents for signature but they cannot remember their content, or they can be just white sheets of papers. But in that shock situation parents just don't realize what they do!

*If CPS don't have permission for taking kids away, they use their "classical" methods: outrageous violence and force towards parents and even babies. There are many cases when they just used break-in.

*It's amazingly, but even in such anarchy CPS often behave just like heaven angels, who have come for support and help, for motivation of "lost" families

*Sometimes CPS makes a mother reject from the child under threat of taking away the rest of the children.

*Sometimes children are taken away "for prevention" after an accident
case with one of the children.

*Children can be taken away on the basis of the charge of the parent in the crime
In St.Petersburg there was a loud case with the woman who was accused in theft (later it wasn't confirmed), but CPS took her both kids away (13 years and 8 months!!). They didn't wait for any investigation or provements!

*Often the reason for intervention is that a kid can be left for some hours with other people (friends of the family, for example). CPS insist that the child should always be with a legal representative and has no right
be with other adults

• "Socially dangerous situation" is a popular reason for CPS outrage as well. And this accusation includes numerous reasons: slow weight gain of a newborn (can you imagine it?!!), a child is left with a relative for some hours, not enough food in the fridge, the flat isn't clean enough, utility debts or unsuitable dwelling, drinking of alcochol (and I don't mean drunkenness - just drinking of some alcochol during a holiday in the presence of a child is a reason as well).

II. Taking kids away from state organisations

*Taking away from school, kindergarten, medical facilities is different from the previous one because in this case, parents aren't reported about it. They discover it postfactum when they come for their kids to this organisation.

*Reasons can be different. As a rule it's bruises. The "authors" of them are always parents, even if parents have nothing to do with it. Sometimes a child can be persuades to blackmail against parents for a long time.

*Government agencies accuse parents of default
their duties if they do not seek help or disagree with appointments. This is especially true for medical organizations.

So if parents prefer to treat their kids at home without medical help, doctors can make a signal about this family to CPS.

*Appeal to the state for help may also be an occasion
to interfere in family life.

If you need help, it's better to keep silent, because you can hardly get this very help (as a rule), but you'll get too much attention from social workers.

*Families can be under the threat of CPS outrage if parents just ask for medical help. It can be described as "not enough care of a kid".
