THE COURT DECISION: NO DOCUMENTS FOR KIDS RIGHT NOW? YOU'RE NOT A MOTHER!

It's a continuation of the story told by me 2 months ago

Then I asked my followers and freinds to sign online petition to help Mom in her fight for her native kids, and many Steemians were so kind to take part in this support actions.

I couldn't just leave and forget this story, and I continued to follow all news about it and hoped for the happy end.

During all these 2 months Alla, the mother of kids, was struggling to protect her parental right. It was a hard and cruel fight... TV-reports, mass-media news, interrogations, investigations, bureaucratic procedures, bales of documents, but she had no way back!

At last yesterday I got the last news about the court decision, and of course I share this info with you, my dear friends!

I even don't know if this news is bad or good...

From the one hand, it's Alla's victory for sure - ### kids are left at home!! Thanks God!! They're with Mommy, and it's great relief!

But from the other hand... CPS workers did NOT get any punishment!

The court in fact confirmed the unlimited powers of the "juvenile police" (the CPS, Police for Minors and the Commission for Minors) to take kids away from families!

How is it possible?

Let's have a look at what has been said during the court hearing:

1. if a mother doesn't have all kids' documents in her bag all the time (just like Alla) - she is NOT a mother at all, kids can be taken away at once (!)
2. simple claims (evem without proofs) are enough reasons for taking kids away!
3. If parents can not prove their kinship with children within a few hours - they are not parents
4. If children were taken away - they can be returned back only by court or with the sanction of the Commission of Minors

So in fact it means ANY person can make a claim (even an unresonable one) to the CPS, and it will be enough to come and take kids away!
The situation reminds me my "favourite" Barnevarn in Norway - absolute unlimited power.

So now teachers, tutors, doctors and even just sellers at shops are hidden observers and secret danger for parents!.

The court recognized the rightness of the police and the CPS, thus - a mother without documents is not a mother. (!)

It was very essential in Alla's case that the story was loud and followed by millions of people, otherwise, kids wouldn't be left at home...

The Court classified the actions of the mother, not as hooliganism, for which you can get a prison term, but arbitrariness, which is punishable only by fines.

And only thanks to this replacement of the article the children stayed with their mother! But the actions of the CPS were justified...

Now all parents are in a bigger danger than they were before.

Now we must bring all docs with us all the time and be ready to struggle and protect our kids at any moment?...
