PEDOPHILIA AND OUTRAGE IN ORPHANAGES: VIOLENCE WITHOUT BARRIERS

CPS take kids away from their parents who are "not good enough" to be parents from CPS' point of view.

But if orphanages are good enough to be new houses for these kids?

The practice shows that it's not so.

One more scandal that shocked out country and society proves it.

Kids in one of orphanages in Chelyabinsk were regularly raped by pedophiles...

3 families adopted 7 boys from the same orphanage. Everything seemed to be fine but the process of adoption lasted very long. All documents were ready, but workers of the orphanage made this process longer than it had to be, creating new and new reasons for it.

Instead of 21 days, that is a legal term for adoption, it lasted several months!! WHY? Parents thought it was just burocracy delays but soon they knew what was the real reason...

A bolt from the blue appeared when one of adoptive mothers heard how her boys were discussing one unknown man Sergey by name and his visits to them to the orphanage.

She began to ask who he was, and why he came to them, and here the tragedy was opened...

This unknown man came to orphans, led them for a walk, gave them sweets, cigarettes, alcochol and raped them there! He came rather often and took only boys, sometimes he even took them to his home.

All workers of the orphanage knew this man, they let kids go with him and always said when he would come the next time!

All boys were too small to understand what was going on. That man taught them that it was ok, all adults did it, and they are cool and grown-up enough already to do the same. It was just a game to hae fun and pleasure like he explained to them...

Most kids really believed it was normal and didn't claim, the others understood the essence of things but they were threatened by the orphanage staff to keep silence.

When the first mom discovered it, she contacted other families, and they began to investigate the tragedy by themselves at first. They asked kids the same questions, and boys gave similar answers about that man and his deeds, though they didn't communicate at that time.

Such details can't be just fantasy or lie...

Parents were shocked... They required explanations from the staff of the kids' organisation. It was a great scandal, but the only reply from them was: It's just kids' tricks and imagination, it is impossible, no strangers have access to kids."

But the words that made parents understand their lie were about that very long term of adoption....
The head of the orpahnage said: "You can't prove anything, all traces of violence disappear in 2-3 months."

So that was the real reason of all delays the staff created to make the process so long! They just waited for traces to disappear!!

Parents informed the police. The investigation was successful.

A criminal case was initiated due to the Article of the Criminal Code ("### Violent acts of a sexual nature against children").

A 51-year-old local resident, that very Sergey, was detained and arrested. He faces up to 20 years in prison.

Teachers-educators were suspended from work for the time of official check, and against the employees of CPS was initiated a criminal case of negligence.

It is not excluded that the employees of the orphanage will also be accused of it. The police checks information that the staff took money for such "walks" with boys.

So this very safety and good living conditions are proposed by CPS when they take kids from families?!
