NO MORE MEDICAL SECRECY FOR NORWAY: DOCTORS HAVE BECOME CPS SPIES

Norwegian CPS are pulling their "dirty hands" to the medicine.

Barnevarn has the goal - to take as much kids as possible, and it uses all possible and impossible methods for it.

Medical secrecy is inviolable in many countries, and Norway also was in that list.

For the first time the Law on the Health of Citizens was adopted in Norway on July 13, 1956.

Since then, it has been repeatedly changed and supplemented, following the trends of the times and responding to the demands of society.

On the 30th of January, 2016 the first changes to this law were aссepted. Then doctors were allowed to transmit information to the police on their own initiative, but only in case of particularly serious crimes and if the police have strong arguments

And it was the start of the global changes.

Just one year later, in 2017, the law was supplemented by the obligation of medical workers to share information about dysfunctional families with social services.

On 1st of July some amendments to this law entered into force.

The thing is that many medical workers didn't understand why they should contact police and Barnevarn, what cases are worth of attention, as the Minister of Childhood and Equality of Norway, Linda Hofstad Helleland said.

The article in the Norwegian edition of "Medical Service" ("Sykepleien") explains these amendments.

So according to the new rules medical stuff should break medical secrecy and contact social workers if:

1. there are reasons to think that the child is bullied OR WILL BE mocked, or when the parents show insufficient care for the child
   2.there are reasons to think that there is a threat to the life of the child, or there is no treatment for a child in the case of a serious illness, or there is no necessary care for a child with reduced physical or mental capabilities
2. a child is connected with criminal world
3. there is a reason to think that the child will be used for sale

At first sight everything is logical and even humanely, but there are definite dangers for families.

First of all, the article emphasizes the priority of interaction with social services over confidentiality rules, even in the case of "ordinary concern" for the child!

So in other words, doctors actually don't need any reasons or arguments, if they want it, and they think it's necessary, they can call Barnevarn at any time in any case!

And we know, that Barnevarn is always waiting for such calls.
And we know the price of such calls...

Moreover, confidentiality of patients will not be considered to be violated even if the information transferred to social services is false!

So! It means medical stuff don't need to analyze or investigate anything at all!

They can have a quick look at a child, notice a tiny bruise and... call social workers!

And even if this bruise is left after a fall from the bike, and social workers will try to take the kid away without any reasons for it, doctors will not be guilty in their irresponsibility and a false signal. It's just their "care" and duty...

In a short word, Norwegian medicine is exempt from the "vow of silence", common for the whole world, and obliges medical stuff just to be СPS' informers.

And one more - this new law has broken the last hope for democracy existence in Norway.

One of the basic democratic principles of law is the principle of the presumption of innocence, which states that a person is not a criminal until his fault is proven.

But look at the first amendment:

Doctors can infrorm CPS if there are reasons to think that the child is bullied OR WILL BE mocked...

so the child is ok now, but for some reasons doctors suppose he can be in danger soon (it's just this very doctor's thoughts!), and it's enough to think parents ARE guilty now!!
No court, no investigations, just doctor's suppositions...

Is it democracy? It's pure totalitarianism that has replaced all human rights to be free and inviolable.
