KINDERGARTENS ARE NEW CPS SPIES

It seems CPS have their "eyes" and "ears" everywhere:

doctors inform them about any kids' injuries and wounds even if they are small and not dangerous at all,
teachers at school were said to keep an eye on kids' behavior and words,
and now one more source of hidden spies - kindergartens!

Natalia Belaya from Belarus have been caught in their trap.

She divorced with her husband and moved to another city. As a single mother, she tried to find a good job, but unemployment caused much difficulties for me. She got different jobs, changed different professions, but she always did her best not to feel any need.

Moreover, her mother worked and lived in Greece and helped her with money all the time. So Natalia and her baby had everything they needed for life.

Nevertheless, it wasn't enough for CPS workers and for....kindergarten tutors!

They made a claim about Natalia to the local CPS, describing her as an awful mother who didn't take take of her baby and who didn't earn monet for....2 weeks!!

How could it happen? Is 2 weeks a term to classify a person as one that is in urgent need and take her baby away?

The conflict of Natalia with tutors had begun earlier. Natalia made a claim about bad discharge of duties in the kindergarten. The problem was in the atittude of tutors to kids, who could call them "stupid" and could shout on them.

Kindergartens stuff didn't lose their chance to have revenge and used rules that allowed them to keep an eye on a family and inform CPS about any strange details - and unemployment is one of them!

But 2 weeks can't be called unemployment because even a legal vacation in Belarus can last for 4-5 weeks (once a year).

Tutors came home to Natalia several times to check her living conditions and couldn't find any problems to connect their claim with. And then they used the fact she didn't work for 2 weeks against her!

Natalia wrote an application to the court about rude interference in her private life.

She explained that she had been caused considerable moral damage, which consisted in deep moral suffering caused by her humiliations and fear for her future and future of her daughter.

Such accusations permit to demand moral damage, but Natalya refused from money in return for her calmness from CPS chasing.

Tutors in reply gave arguments that they had all legal rights to follow and check Natalia's private lfie because kindergartens had a function of studying the situation of families and identifying those families whose children are in a socially dangerous situation.

So they're just spies!

How can parents be calm leading their kids to kindergartens now if it's just one more place of investigation and denunciations?

What are their main goal and funсtion? Education or ....?

Having ascertained the positions of the parties, the court took a break for some weeks, giving the opportunity to collect evidence.

Let's hope this time the court decison will be fair.
