ASYLUM FROM GERMAN OUTRAGE

in #familyprotection5 years ago (edited)

The Griesbach family are Native Germans from East Germany from the Ludwigslust-Parchim region, in the south-west of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.

They became enemies of the system very fast. They actively participated in anti-migrant rallies, rallies against juvenile justice and sexual interrogation, gave interviews to mass-media, openly criticized the policies of the German authorities, opposed anti-Russian sanctions and supported the Crimea’s right to self-determination (!! It's my land, friends!!) and got what they wanted - their life became a nightmare, and CPS threatened to take kids away.

The family got soviet education in the afterwar times, they found the cultural politics of Russia the best because it was far from total sexual liberalism of Europe, so they saw their future possible only in Russia.

They gathered all things in 1 car and moved through 2300 kilometres to Russia. Though at first my country wasn't welcome to them...

The request for asylum was rejected by the official reason for it -
due to the lack of specific information confirming the fears of these persons to become victims of persecution in Germany on grounds provided by the Federal Law "On Refugees" of February 19, 1993, these applications about asylum were not satisfied.

So, in other words, authorities needed definite proofs about danger to this family.

The family wrote hundreds od requests during several years, but nothing. Strange reasons but Russia didn't want to protect them

The situation was changed by pressure of society and activists.

In July the family got serious "hint" about returning to Germany from local officials. And then public communities decided to start their activities actively. And the result was achieved!

At 4:50 pm on July 4, an official application for granting temporary asylum to the German family Grisbach appeared on the website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.

“As far as the need to resolve the legal status of Grisbakh family members is very critical, as well as taking into account their personal life circumstances, the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia decided to grant them temporary asylum in the Russian Federation,” the Interior Ministry said.

At last the family is protected from German Jugendamt!

I am happy that the Grisbakh family members were granted asylum in Russia and sad that they have to leave Germany because of the government prosecution with the use of their CPS.
