A VICIOUS CIRCLE: AN ORPHAN'S BABY IS BEING MADE AN ORPHAN

Our society has a vicious circle.

Orphans lose their kids who are being made new orphans...

A 27-year old woman, a graduater of an orphanage, is about to lose her baby taken away by CPS.

Elena was growing her baby alone, a biological father had left her and denied paternity.

The woman had to be a money-maker and a mother at the same time.
Her friend, a mother of 3 kids, often helped her being a nurse for Elena's baby while she was at work.

Elena was lucky to find a job with a good salary - 600$ was really good money to rent a flat and take care of her daughter, but the problem was with working time: 8 am - 9 pm.

So she decided to work there during some months to earn enough money and then changed the job for a new one that would let her spend more time with the baby.

But she didn't manage to realize her plans...

A wife of a biological father was so afraid Elena would demand alimony from him that she made a claim to CPS about a neglected baby..

Their reaction was very fast. As always...

CPS came to Elena's friend and took away her baby!

Elena had a claim in part 1 of article 5.35 of the Code on Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation - “improper fulfillment of parental duties”.

In this situation Elena had to be active and decisive, but she was just lost and shocked..
What to do? Where to go?
To leave the job and fight for the baby! But how could she do it if CPS never let her take the baby back if she didn't have good living conditions and ...a job!

But how could she manage to earn money and take care of the baby at the same time?

She is an orphan. She has NO help, NO support, no relatives or advisers.
She is lost in this adult life like many orphans who leave orphanages.

They have no "immunity" to this life, they're broken inside, without any experience or intuition to life's dangers.

Their first "love" as a rule leads to a baby, but they rarely can build successful families because they choose wrong partners and just don't know this life..

Elena was upbrought in an orphanage because her mother was alcochol addicted and soon she died, and her grandmother died soon as well.

She entered this life after the orphanage without any right perception of this life. She was naive and open, she needed love and strong protection from anybody..
The result - she was left with a newborn by one of such "protectors"...

It's Elena.

What to do? How to live alone with a baby? A job! It's her salvation!
And when she found it and started to earn money, CPS took her baby away!
But if she hadn't earned money, they would have taken the baby too!

**So what?! **

Orphans don't have a right to live a normal life and have kids?
Their life was like a nightmare in orphanages, and when they leave them, they still have a hope to have happy families, and what do they get?
Pressure and blame.

They are blamed to do everything wrong.
But who teaches them to do it right??
Who helps?
