A SMALL BURN HAS STARTED A REAL WAR WITH CPS
A mother hates the day when she entered the police station with her kids. And she hates her holy trust to state help and protection from officials.
Eugeniya Molchanova is a mom of 3 kids. One of them is adopted, and the girl didn't know it, mom tried her best to create a happy life for her. She is divorced and brings them up by herself.
And she never thought that the worst troubles would begin after visiting a policeman with ordinary life questions.
She left kids in the hall for some min.
"They are in a state police department, they are under protection"- she thougt.
A CPS worker noticed pretty kids there, and their hell began.
She led them to her office and started to examine them! And yes! She found a burn in a boy's hand! It was enough to start her torturing...
She pressured kids asking about their "bad" mother and her behaviour, about bad life conditions and low income, about absence if a father...
Kids were frightened and shocked. The interrogation lasted for 4 hours!! Kids were hungry and thirsty, the woman was nervous and lost.
CPS monsters touched that burn all the time until it started to bleed.
Great luck for her! She called ambulance, wrote a paper about cruel mother and poor kids and made a woman to sign it. Of course, the mother rejected. But CPS monsters never give up...
In surgery where doctors cured the burn, the woman felt the same - pressure and even sarcasm from them. They all showed that she was under their power.
At last Eugeniya called to a lawyer, and she said she had all rights to keep silent. After the hospital, the family was led to CPS office again! The woman kept silent. CPS had no choice but to let them go home at last..
As a result, it was prescribed in the protocol - “Refusal of medical care” and “Abandonment in a dangerous situation, without medical assistance”. Just a burn!?!
Based on the falsified protocol, a decision was made on an administrative offense under the “family” article 5.35.
The case was referred to the CPS. The family is being terrorized now, inspectors visit the house whenever they want, without warning.
The story started in March, 2019. Till now they all live in this hell.
Now inspectors also try to institute criminal proceedings under the “parental article of the people” 156 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation - inadequate fulfillment of the duties of raising children related to ill-treatment.
There is a stage of examination now. One examination has already been completed, but the CPS did not like it, because there were found no signs of abuse. Another try.
Evgenia Molchanova filed a lawsuit to challenge the administrative decision.
Inspectors do not calm down and continue to collect materials for the family, falsify documents, interrogate neighbors, relatives, threatening with the deprivation of parental rights if she writes claims and tells too much in the Internet.
But it is the only hope for the mother now...
The court will be soon.

This is a strange story. Why was Eugeniya at the police station "visiting a policeman with ordinary life questions"? CPS should not have put this family through this horror, but the circumstances of how it all began are incomprehensible to me.

That's very very cruel of them to torture on the wound of the child. It is so painful to deal with these guys, they have been creating havoc all over. I pray for the mother that the proceedings go in her favor and she is safe with all her kids.
