Another CPS threat... The "International Criminal Court against Child Kidnapping"...CPS gone global!

Just seventy-five years ago, if any decent American heard the words "international court," or "international law" they would have looked at you like you'd just grown a third arm. It wasn't until the "Nuremberg Trials" at the end of World War II-- which tried some of the worst of the high Nazi officials for war crimes-- that the emerging elite globalist community began to flex their muscles with these ludicrous anti-national constructs.

Within just a few months of Nuremberg, the Rockefeller family underwrote the founding conference of a new monstrosity styled "The United Nations," donated the land on the east side of New York for a lavish new "U.N. Headquarters," and really began to kick off the modern drive for a world government. The U.S. "Representative" to this proposed government was later proved, in a court of law, to be a Communist (technically he was found guilty of lying when he said he wasn't, but it's the same thing.)

With regard to so-called global "Child Protective" "Services" (CPS), it too, from the beginning, has been an international plot to undermine the rights of parents and to give global elites the presumed "ownership" of the children of the world--or at least the presumed right to "trump" parental rights whenever they might come into conflict with globalist notions of "right and wrong." I would submit here that just thinking that an enormous world bureaucracy is a "good" thing (and/or that it is somehow "right" for global "authorities" to insert themselves into family life) is an indication of a sorely twisted and anti-Biblical world view, but...Well, that could be a topic for a whole new article.

We've also warned before in these pages about how the United Nations has codified the right to make pronouncements that interfere with the family, and to enforce them with "international law"-- through a toxic elitist concoction to which 190+ countries have now subscribed-- called the "United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child." While this document has a lot of flowery language that might sound innocent on a cursory skimming, when you delve down into what the document really does, it literally puts the United Nations in the position of enforcer of hitherto unheard of "rights" that children have never before been granted throughout human history, and that thoroughly violate the proper channels of authority in the home.

The "courts"(and similar heinous perturbations of "justice") have been transmogrified throughout the western nations for the sole purpose of SUPPORTING this anti-family U.N. agenda. Now all sorts of new-fangled quasi-courts with no real Constitutional authority have arisen variously titled "family court," "juvenile court," "youth court," etc. These so-called "courts" stand on nothing for their "authority" but "legal precedent" and founding processes which, via color-of-law operations (such as some invalid act of a state legislature) were un-Constitutional and void of authority from their inception.

Now, we are learning that when the real courts may "do the right thing" and over-rule these quasi courts on appeal, that the United Nations has even set up a new monstrous construct which presumes to over-rule the highest national courts, as "necessary", to enforce elitist/globalist/draconian views of family life. This is why it is so important that those countries which have not signed on to "The U.N. Convention on the Rights of the Child" (among them, the United States) never do so, as "signing on" would purportedly put the families of that nation under the ultimate jurisdiction of this new horror.

Let me give a brief excerpt:

To the extent that this silly "organization" pretends to be a "court of last resort," it can not possibly also "complement ...national courts." That is laughable. All it can do viz a viz national courts is OVER-RULE THEM under the bogus presumptions of "international law." However, that doesn't make their intentions any less dangerous. The same lack of respect for the real laws of western nations that permits the quasi-courts that support CPS to exist and operate without standard, often Constitutional, rules of procedure may very well permit the bogus ICCACK to actually over-rule a nations' highest court and to insert itself into family decisions on the local level.

You may have noticed from the excerpt (above) that the ICCACK claims to also be in place to prevent governments from "kidnapping" children. Notice that they use the term "governments," not "CPS agencies." They are very open about their intention to fight the equally ludicrous notion of "parental kidnapping," but what that OTHER bit is really saying is that whenever a national court does the right thing and restores children that were wrongly seized by CPS to their families, that the ICCACK stands ready to "fill in" and "complement" these courts by ripping these children, once again, from families and giving the children back to CPS.

I am sure they are not about to admit that this is what they intend to be about, but I can guarantee you, based on the hubris and insanity of most United Nations off shoots, that this is precisely what will occur in practice. Here is how they cover their real intentions, again, with fine-sounding language:

"When 'left behind' parents and their offspring have been mistreated by lawless Government Officials, it’s time to restore their human rights. We fight for you and your loved ones with International laws, treaties and combined legal strategies, including return court orders. We only act in your child’s best interest, and make this always our top priority to restore their human rights, reunite you with your children by enforcing International Laws and Treaties to hold all 'bad actors' accountable!"

Sounds great, right? Then why all the emphasis throughout the website about fighting "parental kidnapping" as their primary responsibility? Also...there is this (excerpted from the "How we Work" page):

"The court will act only on behalf of (left behind) parents and their kidnapped children, who’s human rights have clearly been violated."

Remember, that the ICCACK claims its authority from the "U.N. Convention on the Rights of the Child." When you review THAT document, you clearly find that the preeminent "rights" are those granted TO children (and of course, enforced by international bureaucrats) AGAINST parents. So, for any family to benefit from ICCACK "services," they must not have a traditional family which views the parents as the head of the family, able to set proper rules and boundaries for their own children. If the parent, for instance, "violated" a child's right to some minor thing the UNCRC claims is a "right of the child" by, for example, nagging them too much about their homework...(after all, the UNCRC "requires that their lives not be subject to excessive interference,"source: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Convention_on_the_Rights_of_the_Child) ...then, a child seized under such "violations" would never be returned by the ICCACK.

​In short, CPS is now being supported and enforced at GLOBAL LEVELS by bureaucrats who are anti-nationalist, anti-family, anti-Christian (in most cases) and certainly anti-common sense. Be aware that globalism is a dangerous, nearly fatal, mental disease, and that most elites are infected with it, and that nearly all the ultra rich support it.
