[RP] Laws Created Based On Unconstitutionalism, Passed Into Effect to Milk Us, Who Then Loses?

As an integral part of a nation's foundation, the value and rights the masses hold to effecting laws that are passed has been a far cry from what it ought to be. Every now and then, strange things pop up into ACTS and Laws without a complete factual understanding by the populace and no actual "lawful" grounds for such Laws. What makes this even more disastrous is the fact that elected "money-hunting" leaders are easy to be enticed and here we are today, families weeping and people enslaved.

I have always seen the parading laws and Acts pumped into circulation by the federal government especially those plugged into the child welfare universe as a masquerading evil, and "heavily" unconstitutional. A deviation from what the founding fathers of America had in mind, to put things in the proper light of reasoning, it is very obvious that States are continuously accepting the ACTS caressed into the nation because of the high "federal funds" they get. 

Unconstitutional Child Welfare Acts

Tenth Amendment:
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.” 

The Child Welfare laws and Acts that many citizens might have perceived to be good, is sadly not so and this laws have been used as a canopy to destroy many of America's children and families. These laws in the first place are all violation of the above amendment, meaning they are in fact all "unconstitutional".

You could count the numbers of times CPS supervisors and heads state "Children or child or its equivalence in conjunction to reunion with their parents" Very scanty when compared to how they hammer on "how under funded they were" and also keep saying "Placing these children in a place safe from their abusive home". So 90% of their conversation revolves around "funds" and "removal".

That is all there is to the multitude of them!, the state is so centered on the funds they get from implementing Child welfare laws 'clauses', forgetting all the harms and destruction this laws and Acts come with. These laws have motivated state legislatures to pass bills mandated in exchange for federal filthy bloody funds.

U.S. federal laws that govern CPS agencies include(As picked from wikipedia):
1. Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act (CAPTA)
2. Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA)
3. Multi-Ethnic Placement Act (MEPA)
4. Adoption and Safe Families Act (ASFA)
5. Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (Section 504)
6. Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA)
7. 42 U.S.C. Section 1983, and depending on the circumstances 1985.

Deep Deep Deep

Aside these laws being unconstitutional, don't for one second think they have been positive in any way, most times in battling a case we quickly quote these laws and peradventure it works, but never for once be deceived, these federal laws and Acts were all created to rip off children from the arms of their parents, centralize the morals and diversity of homes, and control the lives of all parents out there. THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO DO ALL THESE NOR CONTROL FAMILIES UNLESS STATED IN THE CONSTITUTION!!!!, so here they are, enticing every Individual States with funds to do the dirty work for them. The impact of this legal crimes are so deep that the effects on family is negatively boundless. So many children have passed through circumstances that pen can't write nor mouth tell.

So you see, a lot is at work here, we have been made to swallow unconstitutional pills that purges us right in the stomach of hearts, ridding families of their beloved children and shattering the Families that made up this great nation.

That was the only noteworthy thing I picked out from an entire meeting many months back, I don't know if he said this with a conscious mind, but I certainly read deep into that statement to mean: "they do a lot of trash, crap and devious things to get the overflowing federal funds since the state don't entitle to them that much of a fund"!!!.

So here we go again, we did nothing wrong, they just want to throw the children off to foster care, the State wins, so does the federal government, a win-win for them all. Who then is left to lose? Every family that encounters them is left to mourn, weep and rent their hearts for the destruction of all family ties, the Family Unit loses!!!, it is high time we took back our freedom, only this is true Family Freedom.
