[FamilyProtection] Tossing The Coin: The Scenarios

in #familyprotection7 years ago (edited)

No matter how you toss the coin, the methods and ways these people operate and offer "protection" always fall short, leading to more predicament for families. It is quite clear that in a governmental body setting, things are bound to go "south" at times, it can't be 100% efficient, this is true!, and I don't even have a frown at that.

A governmental body that is almost "always" inefficient is a sign of a chronic disease in the fundamental set up and goals of the System. It is not the matter of inefficiency but that of "willful" inefficiency, which serves a greater evil cause whether it be for federal funds, dirty funds, trafficking, sexual related crimes, and many more I can't begin to enumerate. But one thing is staring at us straight in the eye, and that is: The gradual obliteration of the family unit in every country, and thereby the loss of children and the love they will never get.

There are two scenarios that is evident in the CPS routine which has led to the accomplishment of these ills against the family unit. The below scenario painted is not absolute but near absolute.

  • Caseworkers Involvement in investigation and "very possible" Removal of children that are far from being abused, not abused at all, loved by their families, on flimsy grounds that are mostly related to CPS definition of "Neglect"(Neglect to the CPS can mean Anything, as long as they can perjure that in court against good parents and win). In some cases, it is always an obvious kidnapping.

  • Caseworkers negligence when they are actually *needed* the most. When "severe, real, actual abuses" are taking place, CPS often take a chill at the back seat waiting for things to escalate before they run in often leading to serious cases and even fatalities that are usually then publicized in anyway they can.

This two scenarios are interwoven and mingles one to the other, both leads to the destruction of the lives and connection children are supposed to have with their families. Let us take a much closer look at the second scenario, given the fact that we are already quite familiar with the first scenario:

Scenario 2

CPS is called, and made aware that a child is going through what every one knows to be obvious abuse, even a blind man knows, but CPS would never show up, or they would show up days later. Sometimes, after something serious would have happened. CPS waiting patiently to take advantage of a child's demise, or real hurt. When questioned why it took them so long to get to do what they are paid to do, they always publicly use the opportunity to:

  1. Lament how over worked, under-staffed, and underpaid they are:
They seize the opportunity, draw the blame away from themselves, and smartly infer they need to be paid more for the work they are doing. (they are doing no positive work!).

  2. Hammer on why people need to support their work and how their work is so essential to the county:
They create a pseudo-image in the minds of the people that parents can be very "evil", thereby swaying and blinding the public's eyes to CPS's heavy pitfalls and crimes, while earning praises.

  3. Preach the gospel of reducing parents rights:
This leads to the gospel about giving caseworkers more authority to remove children quickly without a warrant. Since this stops them from acting fast(according to caseworkers). This will lead to acting without consent from a family member, thereby doing a lot of harms. They are never in the best interest of the child.

This is what is going on, They neglect reports of real harm, and concentrate on trivial matters that don't require their attention. How can they truly be there for those who actually need their protection if they are busy lighting fires in homes that do not require it.

The structuring of the System, mindset of their selective "workers", method of operation and others leads to family lamentation. Predicaments has become an every day issue with the family units who are so unfortunate to be pried by CPS. Caseworkers waste their time making smokes all about, and making the Tax Payers believe their taxes are being put to use. .

Local Experiment by Eugene

A local experiment was performed(in 2015) in 5 counties here in the United states, I made sure the trace of the numbers wouldn't lead to me or any individual. I was keen to do this findings because of the complains about "real abuse" going unchecked and that "flimsy scenario" are given so much attention.

Two calls was made each day in each of the 5 counties, for 2 days(resulting in 20 calls in total)
One call reporting "real abuse", whereby I elaborated what was happening.
One call reporting "flimsy reports" like a child crying on the balcony, and dirty house with little children. (All the address I gave had no children, but single adults who I knew and had offered to help. I myself used my house!.) I  initially thought CPS would use some of the information available under their belt to screen these calls, they did not.

Result:
They all reported back to me what had happened, the time Caseworkers came knocking. (Oh sorry, wrong info must have been given to you,  I believe this is a false call, considering I don't have any kids, I stay alone. e.t.c. These were the answers we gave them when they came knocking)
Real Abuse Report:
4 reports was not attended to. The house never received any Social worker visit.
2 reports had caseworker come over to the address provided in less than 24 hours.
4 reports had caseworkers come over after 3 days, 5 days and one was even more than a week.

Flimsy Report:
9 out of the 10 report was attended to.
5 in less than 24 hours of report being made
4 the next morning.

I won't bother hammering about the trends in Eugene's micro experiment back in 2015, because the trend is very clear and supports what has been happening with the CPS. CPS follows anonymous crumbs trail based on flimsy report very generously!, and they somehow, get to display dislike or unconcern for very detailed calls about real abuse.

Do they actually protect?, My "yes" is drowned deep by CPS act and heinous activities that have crumbled so many lovely families. They have failed in their responsibility. Oh, not at all, they are succeeding at it!, they are never in it for the best Interest Of The Child. The money is all there is to these caseworkers, and some are much deeper than that, some are  just concerned with breaking lovely families, the most evil ones. Whatever reason it might be, they  have become tools used by many set of evil people to kill off Family Preservation and achieve their secret dirty goals and desires.

Governments around the world,
are using "Child Protection Agencies"
to take children away from loving families
and place them in foster care or group homes
or put up for adoption.
THESE FAMILIES NEED PROTECTING.

That is quite the experiment that you did!
And what a revealing result!
The Social Workers were WAY WAY more likely to respond quickly or to respond at all, when the report was flimsy and not serious.
And reports of serious abuses were responded to slowly or not at all!

Perhaps more people should do experiments like this in their regions, to see if the results are the same everywhere.

I know that I keep hearing accounts of how the social workers will leave the children with the worst parents, but remove them from the best parents. CPS is a crazy world.

It even goes further, when you put to consideration that most children taken by the system are somehow also placed with foster parents that are very abusive.

So speaking in a much conservative manner, these children are of less importance to CPS, nothing is done for the "proper" reason of protection.. CPS, Really a crazy world. .

Sometimes it seems to me, that this service has a kind of "plan" for the number of children they have to take away from families. Otherwise I have no explanation why they take children from loving families and do not pay attention to egregious cases.

The factors are much, Money, power, trafficking, hidden agenda of fueling many heinous goals, discrediting of families, and many much more. The cycle is indeed a large one. But one thing is certain, they need to be stopped!. Thank @naditinkoff

Family is the most important thing in the world. If you do not have a family, consider that you have nothing. Family - this is the most lasting bond of your life. I liked your post
