[FamilyProtection-Thelma#5] Don't Let The Devil Go Free
Winning a case against CPS feels refreshing to the heart and it is a source of inspiration that this System doesn't have to be invisible. It sends a message of great hope and a clear path to the ever green idea of victory. Victory at great cost but victory nonetheless. I am writing to lay further update to the @familyprotection community and other generous readers of my humble blog.
When Thelma's case came out victorious, we(Thelma's family, Eugene and @kryptocoin ) suddenly summoned strong energy within us, energy zapping, feeling like we could do anything, we indeed can!. I adviced Thelma to pursue the prosecution of a Devil(the counsellor) who was the igniting spark to the troubles the family had to go through after she asked me about it.
I gave her this advice based on three grounds that felt appropriate. Frstly, letting the devil go free untouched, undisturbed is a hell cry away from justice. He needs to be given the hell he has unleashed on other families. It's not a matter of vengeance but that of carrying the weight and consequences of one's wickedness.
Secondly, if the school Counsellor is left without being sued, perhaps my little sibling or niece might become the next victim, the next Vivian and Billy. The school has refused to lay him off even after what he has done, saying they don't have enough reason to do that, despite the fact he tried using CPS to cover up his ass after being confronted for sexually abusing Thelma's young daughter.
Lastly, he has being a corrupt informant for CPS for the last 4 years since he started working with the school. I bet CPS is using him as surveillance piece in the school. You need to see how this guy acts so confident and untouchable, it annoys me greatly and makes me sick at the thought he still in his job. During the stage of gathering witnesses for Thelma's case, it was prudent for us to go through a lot of people. Amongst these people were a few parents who were rightfully angry for loosing their children or going through hell at the hands of CPS all because of his deceit. We met another set of parent who had similar case like Thelma's and lost in court. We also met parents who have had issues with him before but never stood against him.
So there we have it, this devilish evil man who in his little position has created so much havoc is not going free this time, he must answer for his crime and deceit. This time, Thelma has the backing of other aching parents and victim now, and since her children are back after a clean win to the belt of families here in our county, the counsellor must be next to dance to the tune of the music for the sake of other families and children who will fall victims if he remains employed in the school. My sibling can't be in a school where this type of person is allowed to work with children. Who knows who will be next if he is left in his comfort?

Yes Sir Troy, i believe no vengeance is intended, all we want to do is tell this type of people(counsellor) that there are consequences for destroying and traumatizing Beautiful homes. Thank you for your kind advice. God bless you
the fact of knowing that you will not see your child for a long time as a result of an organism generates a lot of resentment, that resentment does not stop because yes, you have to be cured as a person, I still have some resentment for having been in a shelter in my childhood, Now I work with them and it generates me a lot of sadness to know that I can not help the children who go through the same thing that I do.
to leave behind this kind of thing requires a lot of strength because the resentment it generates is incredible. I really am very happy for the people who can continue, and who use those experiences to help others
