The best things in life are free!
Recently, every time we went past a coin-operated machine, my daughter would run and try to climb on to it. The first few times she did this, we always put a few dollars into the machine to make it go. However, after a while we decided that this was a bad habit and very wasteful. So the other day, when my daughter saw this Angry Birds machine, she climbed on to it again and wondered why isn't it moving!
Well, she still ended up having a lot of fun with it without costing any money. Often, the best things in life are free. Precious time spent with family is priceless.

Nice one, smart move. I went through a similar experience with my nearly 3 year old boy...I put coins once in a machine and it's like he got addicted to them, each time he would spot one he'd 'demand' a coin. I started by giving him a coin I knew it wouldn't work (if the machine needs €1.00 i'd give him €0.20 and then say it's broken) but yeah...now he just enjoys jumping and playing on them and FREE.
