Accident stopped my photo session / Unfall stoppte meine Fotosession

I had to think for a while, if I should post this at all - that is, from this morning until now in the afternoon.
Ich habe eine Weile überlegen müssen, ob ich dies überhaupt posten soll - genau gesagt, von heute Morgen bis jetzt am Nachmittag.

Yesterday was a nice fall day. My son came home from school in the late afternoon and went for a ride on his motorcycle. I took my camera and wanted to take some nice sunset photos at Lake Wörthersee.

After taking some first pictures and wanting to continue, my daughter called me and told me that her brother had another motorcycle accident - just two weeks after the first accident (I am angry...).

When I reached the accident site, only the motorcycle was there. My wife and daughter had already followed the ambulance to the hospital.

Most important: He is OK and will be well again. All injuries will heal: The fractured collarbone is operated on today, the strong bruises and deep abrasions on the shoulder and hip will hurt for a while and the open deep wounds on the knees will eventually heal.

He will not be able to go to school for a while and will not play the piano for a while because of the torn fingernail.

Everything will be fine by the time of the wedding 😊

Ich habe eine Weile überlegen müssen, ob ich dies überhaupt posten soll.

Gestern war ein schöner Herbsttag. Am späten Nachmittag kam mein Sohn von der Schule nach Hause und ging gleich daraufhin eine Runde Motorradfahren. Ich habe meine Kamera genommen und wollte ein paar schöne Sonnenuntergangsfotos am Wörthersee schießen.

Nachdem ich ein paar erste Fotos gemacht hatte und weiterfahren wollte, hat mich meine Tochter angerufen und mir gesagt, dass ihr Bruder schon wieder einen Unfall mit dem Motorrad gehabt hätte - nur zwei Wochen nach dem ersten Unfall (I am angry...).

Als ich den Unfallort erreicht hatte, war nur mehr das Motorrad dort. Meine Frau und meine Tochter waren bereits dem Rettungswagen zum Krankenhaus gefolgt.

Das Wichtigste: Er ist OK und wird wieder gesund. Alle Verletzungen werden verheilen: Der Schlüsselbeinbruch wird heute operiert, die starken Prellungen und tiefen Abschürfungen an Schulter und Hüfte werden noch eine Weile weh tun und die offenen tiefen Wunden an den Knien werden auch irgendwann verheilen.

Er wird eine Weile nicht zur Schule gehen können und wegen des ausgerissenen Fingernagels eine Zeit lang auch nicht Klavier spielen.

Bis zur Hochzeit wird alles wieder gut 😊
