For me it was awesome and it changed me physically into a better version of myself and I love it, but my friends didn't share the same feeling. Some women experience pretty bad symptoms ( after the child birth) so for me it was shocking to realize how much different we are. My own mother was shocked seeing me 3 days after a childbirth ( i got out of the hospital a day earlier) running around like nothing happened.
