Most interesting fact about planet earth not known by many?

The fact that our planet is well underway and into its 6th Mass Extinction. You may have recalled our last mass extinction, the 5th, when the Dinosaurs were wiped out. In fact, we are so deep into the 6th Mass Extinction that within less than two generations of people we will witness the loss of 75% of all current living species! And as if this wasn't bad enough a recent study in June of 2015 revealed the rate of extinction for species in the 20th century has been up to 100 times higher than would have been normal without human impact. You DO know what this means right?
It means that humans are at fault for bringing about this 6th Mass Extinction. It means that if we do not make a major shift towards treating our mother (nature) better, that it will not be long before we go extinct.
