In Russia they often say "stud" or "cool heifer" while speaking about attractive boys and girls, but these are quite vulgar expressions. Softer versions: "little cat" and "little hare" and are used for both sexes.

Thanks for the answer! - Funny to see how the land animals are predominant in Russia, while we in Denmark like to think of fish when we see a beautiful lady - You can say stud too in Denmark, but that would be a little dated.

I just got to think of another one in Danish, which is maybe also a little strange luscious larva. They even made some candy with the name...

One more note: in Russia a gorgeous woman is romantically called a "white swan". Unfortunately, it has become rare.
