Hmm. My account was created before this automatic access date, but I can't log in with my Steemit info anyway. I can't access the dropbox file to double-check that database either.
I think there was a cut-off, they made accounts for people who had curation awards. I think there is a google drive page - https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B8c9qXXnqgeDd25XWVE1TkJnSzA/view which you can download. Only 8337 accounts made the cut
