Ooph No Good
I just finished a 1.993km run that lasted about 0hh:14mm:47ss !
This was my first run (can I even call it that?) since the 10km race I was in over the Thanksgiving weekend.
What a mess! I didn't eat well today, and I was wearing my glasses, which kept slipping down my face, and it was dark. I fell flat on the pavement in the first minute. Got all scraped up and banged my knee up a bit. Sooo @mstafford and I decided to keep it to a little 15 minute neighborhood jaunt.
I survived!
