It's literally the most perfect time of year.

I just finished a 3.8km run that lasted about 0hh:25mm:43ss !

I can't believe this is the second time today I'm saying this.... but what's even the point of having a mouth if you can't open it all the way for photos?

Even stopping for photos, my time today was faster than it's been for a while, even after yesterday's hike... and it's all sunshine-power. There really is nothing like a few rays of light to lift those moods and keep spirits high.

I also did 4 hill sprints... but they weren't my best. I think by the afternoon my legs were just over moving and being ace... so they decided to be not-ace. I tried to mentally move them, and I think that's how I got to 4... but after that they were completely done.

Lots of leg work the past couple of days... and so I really can't wait to throw myself into a huge upper body effort tomorrow... it's been 4 days and I am beyond ready!

        I think cold weather just makes your body go screw you I'm hibernating no matter what XD I hate it x_x lol. Yay for increased activity with sunny weather XD
