Yes it is happy, isn't it? Though did you spot the odd man out? Bill Withers - Ain't No Sunshine - isn't happy, cos he's missing her. But it speaks to his great love of her, so there is happiness underneath it.
PS Or maybe it just speaks of great neediness, which would be a bit sad.
I love that song, so I will stick with the Great Love theory. :)
