I am starting my job today and decided that I also should buckle down and work on my fitness. I am currently 210 lbs and would like to get to a much healthier weight for being only 5'8" tall. I started today by doing the following exercise routine.

Due to lack of exercise and a shoulder injury, I didn't reach all of my goals, but I hope to be able to reach the current goals soon and make new goals.
