Training with aches?
Even if you train regularly, you've probably felt the muscle pain after intensive training. This type of pain is known as muscle aches.
Aches appear when the muscle is torn tiny. They help build muscle fiber by making it stronger. So stiffness is not an excuse for not exercising the next day. If you have stiffness, what you can do is take an anti-inflammatory after training.
Don't treat yourself before a workout. So you can understand and notice how your body reacts to a workout. If you take medication earlier, you may put more pressure on your body than you owe or even mask an injury until it's too late. Evaluate the pain. Muscle aches are good. But if you finish a workout and feel like you're in pain, continuing to push yourself is not the best thing to do. If you have started exercising, it is normal to have muscle aches. However, when the exercise pain feels more like a burning sensation, it means you have to stop. Images were taken from pixabay
