I just got my last possible upvote in on this one. It was quite easy and simple to do for those who were living under a rock or just checking things out from the sidelines. I’ve got a couple in now but I thought whatever can be done in the final hours to get the word out is best.

• This does require an email address that you have to verify. After you have verified from the email they sent to you that is it (you only have to verify once)! You have voted. Whether it be your first time or a few like many out there. Still good to take a break from the weekend and do this one simple task.

No Need To Cheat

Let those dirty cheaters get what is coming to them!

To all those out there spamming account email creation, using email generators, proxy services (the big name ones) and other nonsense you could be hurting our chances. I’m sure you have noticed they are aware of people trying to cheat the system. Not only could someone see us in the lead and think “I don’t need to vote;” but also, when you are not the current underdog fewer people are just talking about it.

Clearly, they are aware and I’m sure were expecting it going into it. Just a simple duplication check from the same IP in Excel takes no time at all. That means they could also be removing your “legit” daily upvotes as well along with all the other spam ones you been doing.

That email generates are banned on most major sites and their endings are always easy to find and remove as well. They just got look for the @ and whatever 20 or 30 different domains those sites are using. It’s not hard to find them out even more so if they hire a professional auditor to look into the votes being cast.

While those big name brand proxies are harder to find out if they really wanted to and had someone with a little understanding they could go in and start just fishing those out as well. Daily IP listings form the big boys that were used.

Let’s hope not too many “legit’ voters get caught up in the crossfire from people in the same house each casing their own votes. Perhaps using a non-wifi connect the phone in that instance would be best. I’m not the most up to date on fraud detection for this kind of thing so fingers crossed most of our votes remain!

Any luck those dirty cheaters on that other coin will get removed and they will suffer a major ego blow with how fake they really are!

Now with that out of the way I’m going back to gaming! I just started playing Mount & Blade Warband again the other day!

Thanks to everyone that has taken time and even used resources to get the word out so we as a community can bond together and go out in force and show our strength! We are one heck of a social place after all we just need to learn to get out of our bubble once in a while to help this place moon!

Even if we are in the lead when you check to make sure to vote if you have not done so in last 24 hours! Let’s not lose over some overconfidence and some people thinking they are being “cleaver.”
