Apparently Ethiopia has changed from banning virtual currency to regulating it. | エチオピアが仮想通貨を禁止していたが規制へと変更したらしい。
エチオピアの情報ネットワークセキュリティ庁（INSA）は、すべての仮想通貨事業者に対し同庁への登録を義務付ける指令を出したそうで規制を通してリスクをコントロールした仮想通貨の使用を許可する方向へ舵を切ったそうなのですが前も中国も暗号通貨を全面的に禁止していたのですが中国も禁止から規制へと変更していたためこういったのを見ると今後も暗号通貨禁止にしている国が暗号通貨を受け入れていくような動きが加速しそうな感じがします。
The Ethiopian Information Network Security Agency (INSA) has issued a directive requiring all virtual currency operators to register with the agency, and has moved in the direction of allowing the use of virtual currencies with controlled risks through regulations. The Chinese have also changed from banning to regulating cryptocurrencies, so it seems likely that countries that have banned cryptocurrencies will accelerate their acceptance of cryptocurrencies in the future.
