Dapp-a-day 8: Splittable Token Auction

Each weekday leading up to devcon2, Nexus will highlight a dapp, library, or package (something with a dappfile) as a promotion of our toolchain and as case studies for other developers. Yesterday's Post

Today's dapp lets you auction off a lot of tokens such that each auction can be split, allowing bidders to bid on just a fraction of the lot.

Again, it is token-agnostic, even though it is under the Maker umbrella.
