Ethereum did in fact NOT "crash" to $0.10 - this is false information. STOP SPREADING FAKE NEWS.
What actually happened was...
One particular USER - did not setup his STOP ORDERS correctly in GDAX.
This event has NOTHING to do with the ETH network.
Though, the ETH blockchain did get way bogged down, due to influxes of SCARED and WEAK-HANDED "investors" leaving the market, clogging it up. Hence a drop in price.
Also, since GDAX went offline, CoinBase (related companies) also went offline.
I ask that people not spread false fear. FAKE NEWS is BAD.
You fucking clickbait writers should be ashamed of yourselves for not doing your homework.
I encourage people to call out the writers of these articles. It's dangerous. Ethereum is a miraculous technology. Imagine the good this could do if it really did take off to its full potential.
And imagine if we missed that train because so many people are choosing convenience over research.
Let's think about how this will effect 'new money' coming into crypto. Scared money doesn't make money people.

As I understand it the price did fall to .10 on gdax although only for a split second. Yes this was due to human error, but it happened. I don't think that's fake news.
No, if you "allow" your ETH to be sold at any price, and there is an active bidder, it will be sold.
