A lot of things will change in the near future. More people will be free to implement their creative ideas, because routine processes will be automated. This restriction appeared in Securities Act of 1933, issued by federal law of the USA. The main idea of this restriction is not let inexperience private investors risk their money and relay on professional investors only. Yes, there is a point in it. The USA become powerful, economically developed country thanks to this and a lot of other laws. But the world has changed since then, especially with the invention of crypto currencies. This law is out of date and does not meet modern needs of a market and entrepreneurs. Ordinary citizen of the USA has to buy volatile coins та tokens, earning money on speculative change of prices. Despite the fact that these assets are issued because of speculation only and have no other value. At the same time, for some reason, it is not possible to assets of crypto companies. Despite the fact, that they have elaborate and realistic business strategy and business plan and are going to earn money with the help of business activity, giving a part of profit to the investors. It is obvious that there is much contradiction. In my opinion, crypto currency world has already fallen outside the limits of regulatory policy of traditional centralized structures. Crypto currencies can be called "people's money ", their implementation and existence is a demonstration of network decentralized structures. These universes exist a parallel way and states break their jurisdiction by interfering in things that, in fact do not belong to them. That's why a lot of people think that time of states is over and they will not be necessary soon, because network structures of civil self-government with direct democracy will start developing.
