Thanks! I'm already feeling very different after just a day. There is certainly already a sense of clarity...which has caused me to be a bit more humorous and sarcastic in everything I say at work. It's a fun change, and I'm excited to see where this takes me as well. Cheers, and I'll definitely keep you updated, Mr. Mass :)
Glad it's already doing good! I keep talking about doing another liquid only fast. And my wife is getting me a nutribullet for my birthday - so maybe I'll do so then. It was either that or another video card to do more mining.. But I want to treat my body right first and then everything else will be taken care of.
